The crisp air was felt the day August arrived.  We are in the final weeks of summer.  We have had a wonderful summer with magnificent afternoon thunderstorms and abundant wildflowers.  The mountains are covered with vibrant colors because of the slow snow melt and regular rain.   Hiking and biking were gorgeous this year.  Take a look...and there is still time to come visit and take a hike for yourself.

The Breckenridge Rubber Duck Race is the sign that summer has come to an end.  Join the fun on August 31st as the ducks race down the Blue River, through town.  To purchase you duck, visit here.

The official kickoff to fall is the Breckenridge Oktoberfest from September 6-8th, 2019.  It is one of the largest festivities in the Rocky Mountains and it is free for all!  There will be three dozen genuine German cuisine and brew vendors, games and polka dancing.  To get all the details and purchase your 2019 Oktoberfest Stein, click here.

As the seasons start to change, Breckenridge is always ready for a fun time!  Hope to see you in the mountains!
